What should I include in my request?
Tell us the product, quantity, sizes, colors, exact wording, needed-by date and whether you prefer pickup or shipping. Attach your photos or inspiration when available.
What kind of photos work best?
Use the clearest original photos you have. Bright, sharp images with the full person visible usually produce the strongest custom design. Avoid cropped screenshots when possible.
How early should I order?
Send your request as soon as you know your event date. Your timeline and availability will be confirmed before the order moves forward. Ask first if you need a rush order.
Will I know the price before production?
Yes—your product details, customization, quantity and deadline help determine the quote. Pricing and next steps are confirmed before production begins.
Can I request something that is not in the shop?
Absolutely. The shop shows popular products, but custom ideas are welcome. Use the request form to describe what you want and include inspiration images if you have them.
